How to make your own vegan egg replacer

The Vegan Egg Replacer is a delicious, vegan eggless recipe for you to make at home. 

The recipe comes from a recipe on the  Vegan Egg Replacement blog, and the vegan version comes from vegan cookbook Vegan Mama. 

This vegan egg-replacer recipe is super simple, so it’s easy to make. 

To make this vegan version, you just need: Vegan egg – no cooking or stirring requiredThis vegan recipe uses eggs from a source that you can find at your local supermarket or farmer’s market. 

It’s all vegan-friendly! 

Vegetarian egg substitutes are often made with eggs from dairy sources, such as milk or yogurt, or from egg replacers that are made with vegan eggs. 

You can use a vegan egg from a food source like a cheeseburger, or you can make vegan egg substitutes from egg that is frozen. 

But for this vegan recipe, you can use vegan egg products from the Veggi-Dairy group.

Then use a whisk to stir in the coconut water. 

Mix until well combined. 

Repeat the process for the coconut milk. 

Make the vegan soy sauce and coconut milk mixture and add it to the mixture. 

Continue mixing until you have a smooth batter. 

Add the flour and mix until well incorporated. 

Refrigerate until you are ready to use. 

(This is the easiest vegan egg recipe, but it is vegan if you use a dairy-free vegan egg product.) 

How do you make vegan vegan egg substitutions? 

You will need:  Vege-free Vegan egg (or vegan egg) recipe vegan egg and dairy products vegan egg paste vegan egg extract vegan egg yolk vegan egg white vegan egg whites Vegan egg substitute vegan egg egg replacement vegan egg creamer Vegan egg whites Veg-free, vegan food-grade egg replacers and egg replicators. 

Ingredients: 1 egg (about 30 grams)  1 tablespoon coconut oil  ½ cup oat flour (about 15 grams) 2 tablespoons coconut water (about 1 tablespoon) 1 teaspoon baking powder  ¼ teaspoon salt (optional) ¾ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon baking oil (optional, but optional) Veges Vegan Egg Substitutes: ¦ Oat flour vegan egg (3.5 ounces, vegan, egg-free) ¦ Coconut oil vegan egg 1/2 cup oatmeal vegan egg powder ½ cup coconut milk 1 cup vegan flours 1½ teaspoons coconut oil (1 tablespoon) Vegan Egg & Dairy Products: 3 tablespoons coconut oil vegan eggs (about 4 ounces, organic, vegan) 3 cups oatmeal egg white (about 3 ounces, egg free) Celery powder (optional: you can substitute celery powder for egg) ½ tablespoon coconut milk vegan eggs 2 teaspoons coconut egg yolks (about ½ cup) ⅓ cup vegan milk ½ tsp baking powder (¼ tsp salt) Directions: Cut your eggs into small pieces and set aside. 

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Mix your egg whites in a bowl and stir until well mixed.

Add your coconut oil, oatmeal, and coconut water and mix.

Using your hands, add the egg whites and mix again.

Then add the rest of the ingredients. 

When all the ingredients are incorporated, pour into a large bowl and set over a warm surface.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

(This recipe makes 6 servings, so you can double the recipe to make six servings.

You can freeze the bowl for a few days, or refrigerate it and freeze it until needed. 

Or, you could make the vegan egg/milk/yolk mixture and use it as egg substitute. 

For the vegan white, add 2 tablespoons coconut milk to the bowl.) 

Make Vegan Egg-Replacement: Heat a large pot of water over medium heat. 

Bring your vegan egg mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes. 

Remove from heat and stir in coconut oil and soy sauce.

Set aside to cool
